Больше всего мне понравились Прага и речной круиз по Будапешту. Эта поездка была хорошей выборкой многих мест. Наш гид «Мириам» был потрясающим и сделал этот опыт самым приятным.

Мириам была фантастической! Знающий, профессиональный и веселый! Мы смогли увидеть множество достопримечательностей в разных странах, и в каждом месте у нас еще было время попробовать настоящую еду.

Выполняйте свое обещание и соглашение в отношении размещения в отеле Bed and Breakfast Hotel. Не говоря уже о том, что комната была ужасно маленькой с плохими удобствами, размер кровати больше подходил детям. Так как я боялся, что посреди ночи упаду на землю, мы с женой передвинули матрас на землю и спали на полу. Я связался с приемной с просьбой повысить категорию номера до номера большего размера за мой счет, но мне ответили, что все номера в отеле были одинакового размера, за исключением семейного номера с 3 кроватями, но размер кровати одинаковый. У нас действительно была долгая и трудная ночь. При бронировании тура с нами было обещано и согласовано наличие 3-звездочного (минимум) комфортабельного отеля на время тура. Viator определенно не выполнил соглашение. Являюсь постоянным давним клиентом Viator. В этом случае я абсолютно разочарован и потерял доверие к Viator в будущем бронировании туров с ними.

Очень плохие условия проживания! ! ! Было обещано и согласовано, что размещение в гостинице будет 3-х звездной (минимум) комфортной гостиницей. Ужасно, прошлой ночью (т. е. 29. 7. 23) для тура было организовано размещение в отеле типа «постель и завтрак» в аэропорту. В каждой комнате по 2 кровати, размер которых больше подходит для ребенка. Мы с женой передвинули матрас на землю и спали на полу. Я попытался связаться на стойке регистрации, чтобы получить номер большего размера за свой счет, и мне ответили, что размер всех номеров в отеле одинаковый. У них был номер большего размера, это семейный номер с 3 кроватями, но размер кровати ничем не отличался. Действительно ужасно! Viator соблюдает свое соглашение. Я полностью теряю уверенность при бронировании будущего тура снова через Viator!
